JET GROUTING
Is a method used for ground improvement and impervious curtain in Dams, Highways, Metro, High Speed Railway and Great Structures. Jet grout technique is a soil improvement method which based on translocation of fragmented soil pieces with cement slurry by high pressure
ANCHORAGE
is a method used in Retaining, retaining walls, slope stabilizations and dam bodies. Fixing one structural element to another structural element or soil to make it work together. Ground anchors not only fixes structures to soil but also meets hydrostatic forces and external loads and transfers them to soil. Anchorages also help to structures withstanding to rotation of structures and moment forces.
BORED PILE
Is a method used to create soil improvement and revetment at Dams, Highways, Metro, High Speed Train, Bridge and Viaduct projects. Depending on soil structure, structure to be made and excavation depth; bored piles are generaly manufactured in Ø50-Ø165cm in diameter. Drilling is done with appropriate drilling machines for soil structure and ground water level. In fillings and loose soils temporary casing pipes and bentonite are used in case of necessity.
DYNAMIC COMPACTION
is a deep soil improvement method in which vibration is applied to increase bearing capacity and decrease settlement amount by compressing the soil at loose and soft soil. Main equipments for this soil treatment method are a mobile Crane and changeable heavy weights. Most of the cranes has been designed specially and can give necessary energy for soil treatment by making freefall of specific weights.
MINI PILE
25-30 cm diameter pile applications which is used widely in soil improvements and revetments called as Mini Pile. Reason of choosing mini pile method is; mini pile machines have smaller size compared to bored pile and jet grout machines. Mini Piles are used at 12-15 meter deep revetment applications.
INJECTION
is a process to strenght the soil by sending injection fluid towards gronular soil. Injection is preferable for except clay and silt types soil. By injection bearing capacity of soil increases, permeability of the soil decreases, and settlement probabilty decreases. Injection is done at dam bodies for making impervious curtain, to create a solid mass under foundation, for tunnelling at grainy soils, filling anchorage vicinity
